How to Become a RXCSF Affiliate?

RXCSF is built on the strength of autonomous, affiliated non-profit organizations with common interests related to XC Ski Sport. These affiliates may include:

• Cross Country Ski Clubs
• High School Ski Racing Organizations
• Nordic Ski Patrols
• Biathlon Clubs
• Ski Orienteering Clubs

Organizations can petition to become affiliated/no longer affiliated via formal request to the RXCSF Board of Directors at our USMail address or via email at info@xcrochester.com . The Board makes all decisions regarding RXCSF affiliations, and will do so in a timely manner. Please include sufficient information with your organization’s submission to allow for proper consideration to be given.

Affiliated organizations agree to collaborate with RXCSF in order to fulfill RXCSF’s Purpose as stated in the RXCSF Bylaws. Affiliated organizations will be granted a seat on the RXCSF Board, and must agree to the following provisions:

• Must assure that missions & charters are consistent and avoid duplication.
• Must collaborate to advance the action plans of RXCSF Functions.
• Must encourage RXCSF membership.
