RXCSF Sponsorship Opportunities
RXCSF has ambitious plans for XC Skiing in Rochester. Please see the “About RXCSF” link for full details. The short story is this; we now have hundreds of members and participants in our affiliated organizations that are committed to the purpose of RXCSF. But, we cannot do it alone. Per our charter, we plan for full collaboration with Business and Government entities. This must include general cooperation, governmental grants and sponsorship-type business arrangements.
The scope of available sponsorship opportunities is growing daily as we grow RXCSF. A partial list follows
- Completion of RXCSF legal incorporation process
- Purchase of a commercial snowmobile and additional grooming equipment including an enclosed trailer
- Operating expenses/equipment/supplies for grooming and general RXCSF operations – gas, oil, maintenance/repairs, office expenses, banners, etc.
- Website development and management expenses
- Signage for area ski trails
- Startup of Educational & Promotional Programs
- Youth Skiing programs
- Startup of new, significant XC Ski Events starting in 2006/7, including but not limited to a series of citizen ski and roller ski races, ski training camps, sprint races set in populous areas, and our inaugural charity/participation event!
- With an ultimate goal of having an all-weather facility with lights and snowmaking, many opportunities will exist to sponsor facilities development and operations – let’s talk!
